September 2011 (from SourceHoops.com) -NTF Workout - Fredrick Bitondo – 2012 6’5 WF – Gainesville The Rock School: Ditondo got better as the game went along.  He struggled early with getting the ball in the basket but when he focused on getting closer to the rim he had more success.  Ditondo is thin but he has a healthy dose of athletic ability.  He runs and jumps well, finishes on the break, and is especially active on the offensive glass.
